Young Country is a traveling satellite exhibition of the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts that originated at the Quonset Hut in Louisville, KY, and traveled to the Rosenwald-Wolf Gallery, University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA.

Of course, the Young Country exhibition would have never happened without Leslie and James Millar, who provided the initial planning, support, and location for the show at The Quonset Hut gallery in Louisville, Kentucky. I am forever grateful to Leslie and James for truly believing in the artists, curators, and musicians in their own back yard. Thank you as well, Leslie, for inviting my alt-bluegrass heroine, Catherine Irwin of Freakwater, to perform at The Quonset Hut–it was a dream come true to see Catherine play at the opening.
